26 Promotions - Queen Creek, AZ - (June 13, 2018) - Tye Mihocko secured his sixth consecutive top-five finish with the USAC Southwest Series on Saturday night at Arizona Speedway.

Finishing second from fourth in the second heat placed the Bull on the inside of the second row for the start of the 30-lap feature.

“We made a couple of mistakes early that allowed the leaders to get away from us,” explained Mihocko. “We started to run them down a little bit once they got into traffic, but never had quite enough to get close to them. We had a right rear shock fade hard in the closing half of the race, and the car got extremely tight. After almost tipping the car over in back to back corners, I was just trying to limp it home. All in all, I feel like we had more speed than what was shown.”

Mihocko now has one win, eight top-five, and ten top-ten finishes this season after his fourth-place finish on Saturday night.

Mihocko has the weekend off from racing as he and his team prepare their 410 engine for Perris Auto Speedway on June 23rd.

Tye Mihocko would like to thank Mears Mechanical, Dave Wilson Reality, Michael Most Trucking, All-Star Catering, Five Star Engines, Red Beard Composites, The Race Shack, and Paint by Steve for their continued support
